Nancy is former Chairman of First Western Trust, Boulder, a private bank and wealth management firm. She has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry serving individuals, families, family foundations, and non-profit organizations.
Nancy co-founded The Cohen Stevens Group at Baird based on her experience that having a close relationship with a financial advisor and team results in better financial outcomes at each stage of life.
She is deeply involved in her community currently serving on the boards of Boulder Community Health (Vice Chair), Philanthropiece, and Rocky Mountain Vipassana Association. She has served on the boards of Boulder Community Health Foundation (Past Chair), Boulder Community Foundation (Past Chair), Impact On Education (Past Chair), and eTown among others.
Nancy received her MBA in Finance from the University of Tennessee where she was an R. S. Tucker Fellowship recipient. She received a BA degree and graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
